empty dispenser inconvenient location
the room i had was not entirely satisfactory. the shower gel dispenser was empty upon arrival. it took two requests to reception before it was refilled. the location proved inconvenient, as it required significant travel time to reach the city center (i would estimate 45 minutes).

the room was clean it was also big enough the lobby had a nice interior i also liked the cafe interior the staff was kind. the hotel has a bus stop nearby this bus takes you to many touristic locations. the front desk staff showed me how to take the metro to the city center

The location suited me perfectly. It was a short walk to the exhibition center. The hotel staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the variety of options available at breakfast. The team assisted with directions.

surprisingly good stay
clean room rooftop pool area helpful staff
my room was clean and well sized. i especially liked the rooftop pool, it had sun and shade. the staff seemed friendly, juan from argentina was super helpful. it.
the surrounding area was mixed, sort of industrial, it felt a little odd.
